Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to take full ownership of manufacturing operations and drive production excellence in a fast-paced industrial environment.

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily production operations within our manufacturing facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory or manufacturing environments and a proven track record of managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and delivering consistent output within set timelines.

Job Responsibilities

Facilitating human resources processes
Administering employee health and welfare plans
Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers
Resolving benefits-related problems
Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
Administering health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Answering employee requests and questions
Assisting with new employee hiring processes

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential).
Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
